We recently stayed at Ibis Styles in Legian for a family vacation. The hotel staff were friendly, with the manager personally introducing himself. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were always happy to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of connected rooms for our teenagers. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and markets. The pool area was relaxing, although the staff could be a bit pushy with drink orders. a great experience.

They serve a buffet breakfast. Hotel's right by tourist spots like cocoon beach club. I do recommend this property and would love to go back. Even the Ngurah Rai International airport was not so far.

The service was here amazing. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Sinaloa that was only 10 minutes' walk away...

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing - so friendly and helpful, they made us feel so welcome. The pool area was stunning, surrounded by beautiful frangipani trees. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and Garlic Lane. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The value for money at this hotel was excellent, it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and well presented, and the bed was super comfortable. We also enjoyed a fantastic couples massage in the spa room. The entire staff always had a smile on their faces and were happy to assist with any questions or organize transportation. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely be returning. We can't recommend it enough!

It is value for money, the room is quite spacious and the staff is friendly.

The linkage from reception area to room is not that good... If raining, it is inconvenient for us to walk to the room, and the water leakage along the corridor..

The breakfast was nice although we got to pay for it. It's not expensive, worth the price. The staff was helpful. And I didn't really expect there's free wifi available at the lobby which is very useful!

There are ants in our room that mess up my whole packet of chocolate.

The outstanding personal service provided by the staff made me feel like a member of the family. The family room was spacious, and they even organized take away breakfasts for our early flight. I highly recommend the buffet BBQ by the pool for its excellent food and great value for money. The location is fantastic with plenty of restaurants, massages, and shopping close by.

I felt incredibly welcomed during my stay, and I have no complaints at all.

Good location, not too far a walk to get to the main shops/centre of Kuta. Room was fairly basic but clean and room service/reception staff were very prompt and helpful.

During our stay at Ibis Styles Legian, we were greeted with warm smiles by the staff who made us feel truly welcome. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, their friendliness and helpfulness were outstanding. They provided excellent service throughout our stay, making it a truly enjoyable experience. The positive attitude of the staff at Ibis Styles really made a difference in our overall impression of the hotel.

The stay at the hotel was very relaxing and the kids enjoyed the free WIFI in the lobby so they could keep in contact with there friends.

We stayed in room 331 and found the aircon was not strong enough, we did ask at the front counter if someone could look at it but we found it very hot and uncomfortable at night.

Great location, helpful staff, beautiful design, delicious breakfast, good connections to activities and scooter rental.

Our new year stay at this hotel was great! The pool was the highlight of our trip, it was clean, the sunbeds were comfortable and the security was top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we couldn't have asked for more. The location was perfect, close to popular restaurants and shopping malls. We also enjoyed the spa facilities and the housekeeping staff was prompt and efficient.

The downside of our stay was that the rooms were a bit outdated and in need of an upgrade. We were also disappointed that the breakfast had limited options and the coffee machine didn't produce good coffee.

my 2 cents - the free 15 mins massage only did for about 11 mins - breakfast is bad.. beef sausage tastes weird, and "bacon" is not actually bacon.

the room standard was good the food good the reception was fast and good for check in and out great stay free internet in lobby was good would reccommend this hotel and will stay ther on my next visit to bali
